I am no longer coming to the reunion, can I get a refund?
Yes, up to 22nd February 2018 we are able to offer a refund on registration and events booked, however, it will be less applicable fees (to cover administrative costs incurred and event fees already locked in). How do I change, add or remove events from my registration?
You will need to fill out the Alter your Registration Form (found under registrations on the reunion website).
To fill this out you will need to enter your name, email address and registration code (this can be found on your ORDER CONFIRMATION form that you received when you did your online registration. It is a ten digit code)
You will then be able to add any individual events by changing the drop down box and selecting ‘add to event’
To remove events from your registration you will need to firstname.lastname@example.org (requesting a refund if necessary)
Is my partner able to attend events with me? Do they need to pay a separate registration?
Yes, your partner will need to register for the reunion by completing a separate registration. They will also need to pay the registration fee, plus the costs for the events they want to attend. Your partner is welcome to attend any events with you as long as they are a registered guest for that event.
I can’t pay online, how do I pay?
You may pay with cash or cheque, however, you will need to print off and complete a ‘Manual Registration Form’. Either post it to the College or take it into the College Office to pay in person.
I registered with the Early bird Registration but now I want to add more events, What do I do?
You will need to alter your existing registration. See ‘How do I change, add or remove events?’ above.
Is there a specific dress code for the Official Opening Ceremony or any of the events?

Great affordable FOOD will be available to everyone throughout Saturday and you are in for a treat.
When locals want quality food using only fresh produce we call Robo and Owen. Rob Leahy, an experienced chef and caterer joined forces with Owen Henderson, a local butcher committed to sourcing and selling the best quality meat available, and offer catering for outdoor events and group functions. They will be onsite with their purpose built trailer which incorporates both a gas operated roasting oven and an oscillating spit roaster. They will have a range of tasty items including chicken and vegetarian available for purchase.
