How do I change, add or remove events from my registration?
You will need to fill out the Alter your Registration Form (found under registrations on the reunion website).
To fill this out you will need to enter your name, email address and registration code (this can be found on your ORDER CONFIRMATION form that you received when you did your online registration. It is a ten digit code)
You will then be able to add any individual events by changing the drop down box and selecting ‘add to event’
To remove events from your registration you will need to emailreunion@matamatacollege.school.nz (requesting a refund if necessary)
Is my partner able to attend events with me? Do they need to pay a separate registration?
Yes, your partner will need to register for the reunion by completing a separate registration. They will also need to pay the registration fee, plus the costs for the events they want to attend. Your partner is welcome to attend any events with you as long as they are a registered guest for that event.
I can’t pay online, how do I pay?
You may pay with cash or cheque, however, you will need to print off and complete a ‘Manual Registration Form’. Either post it to the College or take it into the College Office to pay in person.
I registered with the Early bird Registration but now I want to add more events, What do I do?
You will need to alter your existing registration. See ‘How do I change, add or remove events?’ above.
